1/. What format are your DVD's recorded in?
Answer 1/. We encode our
DVD's in NTSC and PAL formats. NTSC is playable on all computers with a DVD Rom and
most DVD players around the world. PAL versions are posted to the
countries that use PAL format when available.
Question 2/. What payment methods do you accept?
Answer 2/. We accept Mastercard,
Visa and AMEX.
You can also purchase the DVD's using our mail
order form. We accept International Money Orders, Checks
and Cash.
Note: Sending cash through
the mail is not the preferred option but you can do so at your own risk.
Question 3/. How long does it take for me to receive my order?
Answer 3/. Typically
orders are posted the next day after ordering. Please allow up to 14 days
for delivery of your order. Delivery times can vary depending on mail and
customs issue's.
Question 4/. What delivery method do you use and is it discreet?
Answer4/. We use Air
Mail to send your order. Air Mail is the most reliable and cost effective
method of delivery. All DVD's are packed discreetly in plain white
envelope's and mailed in a plain cardboard box.
Question 5/. Are there any postage, delivery or extra charges?
Answer 5/. There are NO
extra charges associated with your order. We do not charge for postage,
handling or anything else. If you are in the position whereby local
customs fee's are due, it is your responsibility.
Question 6/. What about customs problems?
Answer 6/. Usually our
movies do not create too many problems with customs. At the writing of
this FAQ we have only had 2 customs issues over the last 6 years, both
solved by our customers who received their movies. Finding out about your
local customs requirements is your responsibility, we cannot be held
responsible for any customs problems that you have, but, if we can, we will
help in anyway possible.
Question 7/. What is your policy on refunding, broken or unwanted DVD's?

Our policy is to replace any
faulty DVD's that have either not been recorded properly or damaged in
transit. We do not refund the purchase price if you decide you do not want
them. Please be aware that "charging back" the cost of the DVD's with
your credit card company could cause your card to be blacklisted and
unable to be used for future transaction on the internet. Please make sure
that you are certain of your order before purchasing.
Question 8/. I've ordered DVD's elsewhere previously and not been happy
with the quality. What's the quality of your DVD's like?
Answer 8/. Unlike many
"voyeur video and DVD" retailers out there, our DVD's are all recorded from the
original master copy ensuring the best DVD quality possible. If for some
reason one of our movies is not of the best quality this fact will be
specified in the movie description.
